Notice is hereby given that the 55th [Online] Annual General Meeting of Blossom Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., Military Road, Marol, Mumbai -59 will be held on Saturday. March 27, 2021, at 5.00 pm. via Zoom Video Conferencing Facility to transact the following business:
AGENDA
- To read and confirm the Minutes of the 54th Annual General Meeting held on 22/9/2019 and the Special General Body Meetings held on 03/08/2019, 25/08/2019, 01/02/2020,
02/02/2020 and 09/02/2020. - To receive the Annual Report for the period 1st April 2019 to 31st March 2020 consisting of:
a. The Managing Committee’s Report.
b. Balance Sheet and Income and Expenditure Account.
c. Auditors’ Report. - To consider and approve the Transfer/ Transmission of Shares and interest in the Society flats and admit members, legal heirs and nominees of deceased members.
- To consider the Appointment of Internal Auditor for the Year 2020-21.
- To appoint a Statutory Auditor for the Year 2020-21.
- Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
